Purpose of design 
We sit together to spark ideas, not just to share updates. Adding tea slows the tempo, invites presence, and turns routine meetings into generous exchanges where new thinking can surface.

Mood Design

• Palette: apricot, blush, buttercream, olive, and gentle plum to energize without noise.

• Scale: low, small, colorful bud vases—ranunculus, sweet peas, mini roses—so sightlines remain open.

• Texture: matte ceramics, hemstitched linens, soft candle glow; no heavy scent, no visual clutter.

Table Grammar

• Negative space equals mental space; let the tabletop breathe.

• A personal bloom at each seat honors each participant’s perspective.

• Quiet materials and warm light reduce friction and invite listening.

Why Small Ideas Matter
